FAQ
How long after I place my order will my rug be delivered?
Every Con Salud rug is made to order. The lead time depends upon the size of the rug you ordered. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a second email when your rug is finished and ready to ship.
3'x5'-4'x6' : 6-7 weeks
5'x8'-6'x9' : 7-8 weeks
8'x10' : 10-12 weeks
If you order more than one rug, your overall lead time will be that of the larger rug. All rugs in the same order ship together, regardless of sizes.
All lead times are approximate and are not guaranteed. If any changes were to occur with your ship window, we will be in touch.
Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
All Con Salud rugs are hand dyed and hand woven by very talented artists. With that said, there is a normal level of variation expected with a hand made product. Color and size may vary slightly from the product listings.
How do I care for my rug?
All of our rugs are made from 100% Tibetan Wool, intended to last a lifetime or longer with the right care.
Vacuum regularly with the flat nozzle attachment, making sure not to use a brush or rotating head attachment which could damage the fibers over time.
For minor staining, spot clean with a mild detergent and lukewarm water. For major staining, bring to your local rug cleaner for a full cleaning service.
Minimal shedding is to be expected within the first couple weeks of receiving your rug.
